MAKE A DIFFERENCE DAY!
The GMS students will be participating in Make a Difference Day on Monday, May 18. Students will be volunteering at different organizations in the community and/or staying on campus. Your student knows where they will be going and what they should wear - some students will need gloves. Make sure to ask them what they need to bring.
Also, it looks like it will be a warm day - PLEASE have your student bring a water bottle with them! We are looking forward to giving back to our community!
GROCERY BAGS!
Please begin collecting a grocery bag or 2 to help with locker clean-out at the end of the year. Sometimes the bookbags cannot carry everything. Thanks!
SMITHVILLE YOUTH VOLLEYBALL SUMMER CAMP
For students entering grades 3-6
Instructor: Lori Gale
Fee: $5 per session
Sessions will go over the fundamentals of volleyball and teach proper technique.
Sessions will be held in the Middle School or Aux gym.
