FINAL FORMS

All parents and students should complete final forms. Visit the middle school homepage and click on the Final Forms button to log into your account. A new form was added to the form set by the State of Ohio. Some parents may have already completed the forms when the new form was added.  Please log in and complete this additional form. We have been helping students log-in and sign their forms at school. Sorry for the inconvenience.

SCHOOL FEES

School fees can conveniently be paid on PaySchools this year. Select the “payments” button on the high school homepage and log into your PaySchools account. If you still need to set up your account remember to enter your student ID, found on ProgressBook or on their schedules. And also select “Green Local- Wayne” as the school.

SPORTS PASSES

Students received their free sports pass this week. These allow all students K-12 to get into home sporting events for free all year.  Students should show their pass at the admission gate for free entry. 

VACCINES 

7th grade students:

As in previous years, incoming 7th graders will need to receive a Tdap (Tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis) booster and one dose of Meningococcal vaccine prior to the start of school. If your child still needs to get these boosters please have this done as soon as possible.

SMITHIE INVITE- KIDS FUN RUN!

Come join the Smithville Cross Country teams for the Smithie Invite Kids Fun Run! Open to kids 6th grade and under, this free fun run will be less than one mile and will take place at the start of the Smithie Invite on Tuesday, September 2nd at 4pm at Wayne College. High school and middle school races will follow the Kids Fun Run. No registration is required. Questions? Contact Coach Carr at gren_jcarr@tccsa.net.


VACATION FORM

If you know your child will be missing school for the fair and they are not on the fair list for Wednesday and/or Thursday please fill out and return the vacation form 5 school days prior to the time off.  If your student misses school due to the fair and they are NOT on the fair list and we have no vacation form on file they will be marked unexcused.
